Darryl Waite is the founder of D.A.W General Construction & Out Door Designs and a key player in every contract. Darryl is self taught his passion for this industry drives him to be the best! Through hard work and dedication, founding D.A.W General Construction Outdoor Living & Designs fulfilled his dream.

Tyler Waite Supervisor

Tyler Waite’s the go to for organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks. He is also monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching. In addition to his duties of managing staff he is ensuring the necessary health and safety standards are met.

Blue has many years of experience and is in charge with organizing the crew on particular projects.
